David Day 8
He said to them, “The LORD is witness against you, and His anointed is witness this day that you have found nothing in my hand.” And they said, “He is witness.”
1 Samuel 12:5
Before you arrived, others were there. And there were those who came before that laid a foundation for what was coming after them. Samuel had laid the groundwork of holy leadership for David to follow. This is what holy leadership looks like and he did it by walking hand in hand with God’s Spirit. He knew the word and witness of the Lord and now so would Saul and those who followed. Remember, what you’re doing today is doing something in tomorrow. Walk with the Spirit.
