David Day 108
Then David said, “O LORD God of Israel, Your servant has heard for certain that Saul is seeking to come to Keilah to destroy the city on my account. 11 Will the men of Keilah surrender me into his hand?
1 Samuel 23:10-11
Always trust the word of God before you trust the word of man. Not every invitation ends with good intentions. The flesh, the natural tendencies of man’s skin, is full of fear and faithlessness. Don’t put your life in the hands of man but the hands of the Master. Flesh will give you up, but faith will take you up. Learn to pray about everything. Philippians 4:6 says, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. That’s putting yourself in the hands of the Master. Trust Him! Listen for His voice.
