Today’s Reading: Ps 118; Ex 15:1-18; Col 3:12-17
This is the day that the LORD has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalms 118:24
If you’re happy and you know it, say “Amen”. Live like it! Look like it! What a sad use of a day to be happy and not show it. If you’re unhappy and you show it, well, okay then. But if you’re saved, safe and sold out for Jesus, then let your heart inform your face and show it. What good does it do to look unhappy when you’re happy? Be happy like the Israelites after God brought them through the Red Sea (Ex 15). Let Christ rule in your heart and be thankful (Col 2:15). Let your life show what your heart knows. It will keep you and empower you to make the best decisions today and it will bless you to be a blessing to others today too.
