Mark Day 20
But she answered him, “Yes, Lord; yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.” 29 And he said to her, “For this statement you may go your way; the demon has left your daughter.” 30 And she went home and found the child lying in bed and the demon gone. Mark 7:28-30
There is power in the word of God for those who would believe. Even a morsel contains the ingredients of the whole loaf and works for the glory of God. Just believing in a morsel can become a miracle. However, our part is to believe. God can do anything He wants without us, but He chooses to de everything He wants through us. Our part is to believe, and we can’t fake that. God doesn’t hear us because of our actions but because of belief. Belief is our part in this process. Ephesians 3 tells us that He is able to do far more abundantly than all we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. (Eph 3:20-21) Here’s the thing. We cannot fake the power of God within us. That power is the person of the Holy Spirit and He is the Spirit of truth. (John 15:26) We cannot pretend to be believers because it is not who we are but who He is and it’s not where we are but where He is that matters. Don’t be a pretender, be a possessor or the presence of God. He is our Savior and He is our Healer.
