James Day 9
Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.
James 5:14-15
The Bible says that death and life are in the power of the tongue. (Provers 18:21) Our speech tells us what our spirit is thinking. When it comes to sickness or weakness, don’t let your weakness speak its word over you or anyone else, let Jesus speak His word over you and everybody else. Talk to Jesus, not about your weakness. Only He can heal the hurting heart. Find others who believe in the word of Jesus and pray, don’t pout.
