Philippians Day 12
Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.
Philippians 3:8
There is nothing more valuable than knowing Jesus the Lord. This isn’t just about knowing about Him, it’s about knowing Him, personally and His resurrection power and purpose in our lives. To know Him is to know the promise of His salvation, healing, and deliverance and the power of His salvation, healing, and deliverance. To know Him is to know both the promise and the power of His passion. But to know Him, we must consider everything else as second or scrap. We must let go of all the rewards and regrets of our old life without Him to grab onto the riches and rewards of knowing Him in this new. Those things from our past that we used to think were valuable, they can’t hold a candle to the riches and rewards of knowing Jesus. Rejoice in Jesus and who He is and what He has done and what He will do. When we start rejoicing in what He has won, we will quit regretting what we’ve lost.
