Philippians Day 13
For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith— 10 that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11 that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.
Philippians 3:8-11
Keep pressing on! Nothing is more valuable than knowing Jesus. What’s the goal of your Christian life? Paul writes, I want to know the right way to look at and live in this world. I want to know Christ the power of God to live this life the right way. I want to know what it is to live in the resurrection power of God that puts all things right and makes all things right. These things come by faith in Christ and His word. We can live in the righteousness, or the rightness of God and not drown in the wrongness of man. But it’s all found in knowing Jesus
